Each piece is made-to-order and ships from Florida within 48 hours of purchase. USPS standard delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days within the United States. For birthdays or events, we recommend ordering at least 7 days ahead.

What is the product made of?

Each decorative box is 3D-printed in real PLA plastic — a durable, eco-friendly bioplastic — and hand-finished in Florida. Approximate dimensions are 5.5 inches wide by 2 inches tall (14 cm × 5 cm). A built-in stand is included.

Can I personalize it with a name or number?

Yes. Most listings offer a personalization option — when available, you'll see a 'Custom Name' or 'Engraving' variant on the product page. Add the name or number you'd like at checkout. Custom orders take the same 48-hour production time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Because each item is made-to-order, please contact us first at mrasumof@yahoo.com. Return shipping is free for defects or our errors.

Do you ship internationally?
